Praktikal is an innovative ecosystem for teaching natural sciences that makes studying topical and teaching fun. Dull physics lessons are history in more than 100 schools with new schools joining every day. In addition to our experiment kits and software, what makes Praktikal so special is our community — we gather motivated teachers and inspired students to get even further together.

Study Materials

Well-structured methodological materials for topic-based learning, always keeping in mind the question “Why do we need to learn this?” An e-workbook is a set of electronic worksheets that also includes texts and videos for independent reading. The workbook supports learning through practical and real-world experiments, completely replaces paper workbooks and follows the national curriculum. The worksheets are interactive for the students – the entered answers go directly to the teacher's computer, so they can be used for both classroom management and assessment.

Lab Equipment

Affordable high-quality experiment kits for the whole class and the teacher. The kits are structured so that the teacher can distribute the resources conveniently and quickly by the topic of the lesson. In learning natural science, there is no substitute for hands-on and practical experience. Special lab equipment and supplies are usually expensive. Preparing practical experiments and providing resources for everyone is so time-consuming that teachers cannot afford to do so. With Praktikal kits, each student gets a high-quality, educational and engaging hands-on experience. The kits serve the school years and spare parts can be ordered upon request.

Software

Praktikal software for using the lab equipment and study materials combines the features of presentations, worksheets and quizzes. In addition, it’s possible to communicate with students and provide feedback on their answers quickly and accurately. Combining different study environments is clunky and complicated. They also often fall short of the needs of teaching natural science. Praktikal provides teachers with an all-in-one virtual assistant to help conduct lessons and guide and support the student's learning journey.

Community

Praktikal teachers form a community that we support and inspire in the use of Praktikal as well as in their work in general. We organize inspiring events for teachers, support professional and personal development and help create meaningful acquaintances with other teachers. When delivering the kits, we also provide training. Before the beginning of the school year, we offer onboarding at a community event or in person with another teacher. We also manage the community of teachers and provide ongoing support.
